Rosalie Richards lives in Warakurna and is related to an incredibly talented group of women. She is the granddaughter of Carol Masyatja Golding and her mother, Winifred Richards is also very well known painter as are her cousins and aunts. This is a store about where she was born. Her mother was asking all the walking from Laverton to Warburton. She got sick and Rosalie was born in the middle of the desert near a rock hole. Her family had to stop thee until her mother got well. there are salt lakes in this country.
